Safety & Conduct (Drug and Alcohol Free Policy): 

• FAA 91.17: Alcohol & Drug-Free Policy: This FAA regulation prohibits pilots from allowing intoxicated or drugged passengers on civil aircraft.

• For the safety of all staff and guests, Anthelion Helicopters reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who show signs or indications of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  If there is any sign of this, your tour will be canceled, and you will NOT be entitled to a refund. Your tour can be rescheduled to an alternate date and time for a $100 rebooking fee.
• If you or a guest shows symptoms of illness, you may be asked to wear a mask during the activity or reschedule to a future date. Rescheduling may incur additional fees, and waivers or refunds are at the discretion of Anthelion Helicopters.

Check-In Process

• ID Requirement: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. The name on the ID must match the passenger’s name and the credit card used for booking (last 4 digits).
• Mismatched Information: If the ID does not match the name on the reservation, you must send a copy of the cardholder’s photo ID to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your reservation. Failure to do so may result in your tour being placed on hold or canceled.

On-Time Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork and attend a safety briefing.
• Due to the nature of our schedule, we adhere to a strict on-time arrival policy.
• Late arrivals are at risk of having your tour cut short or canceled with no refund.
•  Any customer who arrives 30 minutes or more past their reservation time will have their flight automatically canceled with no refund.

Dress Code

• There is no dress code for tour passengers; come as you are!

Aircraft Weight Limitations

• Tour Passengers: Maximum passenger weight limit per seat is 300 lbs. Passenger weight verification may be required.
• Group Weight: Groups with a combined weight of 500 lbs. or more will undergo a weight check. If total group weight of all passengers exceeds 580 lbs., the group will not be permitted to fly as per the aircraft’s limitations.
• Weight Cancellations: Flights may be canceled if passengers exceed the weight limit. In this case, full payment will be charged with no refund.

Location & Parking

• Our Hangar Address: 3213 Airflite Way, Long Beach, CA 90807
• Park anywhere in the lot.
• Find our sign on top of our door and ring the doorbell to enter.
• After-Hour Tours: if your reservation is after 5 PM, our Front Desk may be closed, and your pilot may be flying with another customer. Please note that our front door will remain locked per airport policy. If the door is locked and there is no one at the Front Desk, your pilot will let you in when they return from their flight. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

No-Show & Reschedule Policies

• One complimentary reschedule is allowed if made 24 hours or more before your scheduled flight.
• Additional rescheduling incurs a $100 fee.
• No-Call, No-Show Policy: No-Call, No-Shows will be charged the full tour price with no refund.

Weather & Other Extenuating Circumstances

• Customers are not liable for cancellations due to adverse weather, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or aircraft maintenance. If a cancelation is made due to adverse weather, flight restrictions, or unforeseen maintenance, the flight will be rebooked or refunded at no additional charge.

Extra Things to Note

• • Gratuity: Tips for the pilot and staff are not included and are at your discretion.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations must be made via phone or email before the reservation start time. Refunds are subject to the following conditions based on the notice provided:

1. More than 72 hours notice:
   • A refund will be issued, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
2. At least 72 hours but more than 48 hours notice:
   • A refund will be issued, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Less than 48 hours notice:
   • No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

• You are allowed one complimentary rescheduling of your flight to an alternate date and time, provided you notify us via phone or email at least 24 hours before your reservation start time.
• If you cancel your flight after rescheduling, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, regardless of the reason.

• Accurate weights must be provided at the time of booking.
• Weight verification may be required upon arrival.
• No refunds will be issued for flight cancellations due to exceeding the aircraft’s weight limits, whether individually or as a group.
